The cost varies depending on the size of your home and your needs. We will evaluate your home and your family’s needs to customize an economical package that is just right for you. A ballpark idea of the cost is $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot. If used properly, your system can practically pay for itself in energy savings and increases the resale value of your home. The cost of your installation will vary depending on your market, complexity of the installation, number of zones, programming requirements, etc. We consider whole home automation to include a minimum of 3 facets ie. Security, Lighting & HVAC Control

Pricing package examples:

For homes up to 2000 square feet:

The OmniLT automation controller with one HAI RC Series communicating programmable thermostat and one console should cost a homeowner around $2,500 installed, including security and lighting control.

For homes between 1000 and 3000 square feet:

The Omni II automation controller with one HAI RC Series communicating programmable thermostat and one door console, and one light controller should cost a homeowner around $3,500 installed, including security and lighting control.

For homes 3000 square feet and larger:

The OmniPro II automation controller with two HAI RC Series communicating programmable thermostats and two consoles, with security and lighting control starts at about $5,000.

They are examples of systems with security and lighting control adequate for most households. These are only examples: a firm quotation should be obtained from Interactive Interiors. Homes with high security requirements and/or lighting control points could cost more than the examples.
